E-learning is a system that provides on line tutoring. The benefits of E-learning is the ability to instruct a massive audience regardless of geographical location, time and sometimes learning capability. With E-learning the student is the one who sets the pace, making it much easier to learn regardless of the restrictions or demands imposed on the student. ONUVA works with state-of-the-art Open Source Course Management System such as Moodle. ONUVA's E-learning product is geared towards collaborative learning, where various employees within the same or other companies may share information and/or experiences about a specific subject and learn from each other. Companies with high employee turnover rate, highly regulated by the government or with geographic restrictions may be specifically benefited using this product.
